Welcome Song
Good Morning, Good Morning, its _______ today
I’m ready for work, are you ready to play?
The duck goes Quack Quack
The cow goes Moo Moo
And I say Good Morning when I see you!

Old Mother Hubbard
Old Mother Hubbard
Went to the cupboard
To get her poor doggie a bone.
When she got there
The cupboard was bare
and so the poor dog had none.
We have a felt board story of this that has Mother Hubbard, the dog and the cupboard. It's very simple but children like the visuals to accompany the rhyme

How Many People
How many people in my family?
One, my mummy
raise one finger
Two, my daddy
raise another finger
Three, my sister
raise another finger
Four, my brother
raise another finger
There's one more, now let me see
scratch head
Oh wait a minute. Its me!
point to self

The More We Get Together
The more we get together, together, together,
The more we get together, the happier we'll be.
For your friends are my friends,
And my friends are your friends.
The more we get together, the happier we'll be!
The more we laugh together, together, together,
The more we laugh together, the happier we'll be.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha,
Ha ha ha ha ha ha,
The more we laugh together, the happier we'll be!
The more we clap together, together, together,
The more we clap together, the happier we'll be.
Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap
Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap
The more we clap together, the happier we'll be!
The more we hum together, together, together,
The more we hum together, the happier we'll be.
Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm
Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm
The more we hum together, the happier we'll be!
The more we get together, together, together,
The more we get together, the happier we'll be.
For your friends are my friends,
And my friends are your friends.
The more we get together, the happier we'll be!

Grandmas Glasses
Here are Grandma's glasses
Make glasses shape over eyes
Here is Grandma's hat
Make triangle of hands above head
This is the way she folds her hands
Fold your hands
And lays them in her lap
Lay them in your lap
Here are Grandpa's glasses
Make glasses shape over eyes
Here is Grandpa's hat
Make triangle of hands over head
This is the way he folds his hands
Fold your hands
And lays them in his lap.
Lay them in your lap
Here are Mummy's glasses
Make glasses shape over eyes
Here is Mummy's hat
Make triangle of hands over head
This is the way she folds her hands
Fold your hands
And lays them in her lap
Lay them in your lap
Here are Daddy's glasses
Make glasses shape over eyes
Here is Daddy's hat
Make triangle of hands over head
This is the way he folds his hands
Fold your hands
And lays them in his lap
Lay them in your lap

Five Little Ducks
Five Little Ducks
Five little ducks went out one day
Over the hills and far away
Mama duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack,"
but only four little ducks came back
Four little ducks went out one day
Over the hills and far away
Mama duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack,"
but only three little ducks came back
Three little ducks went out one day
Over the hills and far away
Mama duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack,"
but only two little ducks came back
Two little ducks went out one day
Over the hills and far away
Mama duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack,"
but only one little duck came back
One little duck went out one day
Over the hills and far away
Mama duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack,"
and all her five little ducks came back!
I do this with a felt set of 5 little ducks, one mother duck and a pond. You can also do it with one hands five fingers being the little ducks and the other hand being the mother duck "quack quack quacking". On 'swiming' make a swimming motion and 'over the hills and far away' make a large wave motion with hands together.

Six Little Ducks by Raffi
Six little ducks that I once knew
Fat ones, skinny ones, fair ones too.
But the one little duck with the feather on his back
He led the others with a quack, quack, quack
Quack, quack, quack
Quack, quack, quack
He led the others with a quack, quack, quack
Down to the river they would go
Wibble, wobble, wibble, wobble, to and fro
But the one little duck with the feather on his back
He led the others with a quack, quack, quack
Quack, quack, quack,
Quack, quack, quack
He led the others with a quack, quack, quack
Back from the river they would come
Wibble, wobble, wibble, wobble, ho, hum, hum
But the one little duck with the feather on his back
He led the others with a quack, quack, quack
Quack, quack, quack,
Quack, quack, quack
He led the others with a quack, quack, quack
We have a felt board story of this with six little ducks that I use, and I encourage the kids to "Quack, quack, quack" with their hands.

Skinny Marinky
Skinny Marinky Dinky Dink
Place one hand on opposite elbow, raise other hand and wave
Skinny Marinky Doo
Swap hands
I love you
Raise finger to eye, then point to heart, then point outwards
Skinny Marinky Dinky Dink
Place one hand on opposite elbow, raise other hand and wave
Skinny Marinky Doo
Swap hands
I love you
Raise finger to eye, then point to heart, then point outwards
I love you in the morning
Hold hands high
And in the afternoon
Lower hands slightly
I love you when the sun sets,
Lower hands completely
and underneath the moon
Raise hands again
Skinny Marinky Dinky Dink
Place one hand on opposite elbow, raise other hand and wave
Skinny Marinky Doo
Swap hands
I love you
Raise finger to eye, then point to heart, then point outwards
